Burak Uzun is a teacher, entrepreneur, financial professional, and award-winning writer. 

In addition to being a committed meditator, Burak is a 200-hour Certified Meditation Teacher. He is also trained in mindfulness and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Burak has already logged over 1,000 remote teaching hours and has over 3,000 hours of experience as an assistant teacher. 

Burak is also a professional screenwriter. He co-wrote a family movie called Team Marco. It was featured in over 50 film festivals and won multiple awards including the “Best Feature” award at the Seattle Children’s Film Festival. His movie can be seen on Prime Video and countless cable channels.

Burak has advocated for and supported the autism community for over ten years. He developed a media program for Lifestyles for the Disabled in New York. That program was featured in the New York Times and is still running to this day. Burak has also been very active with Autism Speaks and helped establish the first two Walk Now for Autism Speaks charity events. 

In his early career, Burak was a stockbroker, so in 2020, he again attained his Series 7 license. He uses his experience in financial services and highly competitive work environments to help inform his students. You can access Burak’s license with FINRA with this link.
